Job summary

Hyatt Regency Tamaya is seeking a proactive IT Manager to lead the property's technology operations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, POS, and guest-facing systems. The role partners with hotel leadership and corporate IT to deliver exceptional service and support across all departments.

The position focuses on managing projects, audits, vendor relationships, infrastructure upgrades, and business continuity, while mentoring staff and maintaining documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise environments or hospitality tech.
• 1+ years leading technology projects, coordinating vendors, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, asset management, backups, DR, cybersecurity, and access management.
• Experience with ticket systems such as ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel technology infrastructure including servers, networks, POS, guest tech, and devices.
• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure PCI-DSS compliance, security policies, audits, and business continuity planning.
• Manage vendor relationships, asset lifecycle, and documentation of IT procedures.
