Job summary

Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is seeking an IT Manager to lead the overall technology strategy and operations across all hotel systems. You will ensure reliability of servers, networks, guest-facing tech, and security initiatives, while guiding strategic projects and vendor relationships.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with hotel leadership and corporate IT, and a focus on guest experience and colleague safety. This is a full-time on-site position at Tamaya.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in enterprise IT, hospitality tech, or equivalent.
• 1+ years leading IT projects, vendors, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365/SharePoint, networks.
• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel technology infrastructure including servers, networks, and guest devices.
• Manage ServiceNow ticketing and ensure timely resolution of requests.
• Coordinate audits, security controls, and documentation for compliance.
• Lead IT projects with vendors and corporate IT teams from planning to delivery.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
