Silver Dollar City Resort is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the resort's technology strategy and daily operations, from pre-opening through post-launch. You will oversee PMS and POS systems, manage IT budgets, and coordinate with hotel leadership and enterprise technology teams to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Hospitality Management, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of IT support or IT management within the hospitality industry.
• Experience leading hotel pre-opening IT implementations is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality systems, networking, cloud solutions, and data protection.
• Industry certifications are preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership and project management skills with strong communication and collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hotel’s overall IT strategy and daily operations from pre-opening through post-launch.
• Manage IT pre-opening critical path and ensure infrastructure milestones are met on time.
• Oversee PMS, POS systems and back-of-house/front-of-house software alignment with standards.
• Maintain communication with hotel leadership and Enterprise Hospitality Technology teams.
• Lead the Property IT Support team and enforce SLAs and IT policies.
• Track KPIs to improve IT service delivery and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with leadership to address IT challenges impacting revenue and guest experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of hotel technology systems for operators.
• Oversee budgets, expenses, and participate in capital planning for IT.
• Drive new system implementations and upgrades; liaise with hotel ops and enterprise teams.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking of hardware/software for compliance and security.
• Document lessons learned and implement strategies to enhance IT services.
• Pursue professional development and recommend new technologies.
