Job summary

Veterans Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead our technology infrastructure, secure assets, and optimize systems across New England locations including Worcester, MT, and ND. You will oversee IT staff, drive cybersecurity, and coordinate with the Director of Operations on the technology roadmap.

The role involves travel to Veterans Inc. locations, management of Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and network equipment, and ensuring operational excellence in a nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, CS, or related field.
5+ years IT experience with at least 3 in leadership.
Experience supporting distributed IT infra across multi-site org.
Willingness to travel to New England locations; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Lead IT staff, manage tickets, and oversee regional coverage.
Configure and maintain Azure AD, O365, Intune, and UniFi.
Oversee cybersecurity, incident response, and compliance.
Guide technology roadmap and budget planning.
