Perma-Pipe is seeking an experienced IT Manager – USA to lead IT strategy and hands-on support for three U.S. locations, supporting ~150 users. You will coordinate IT projects, ERP activities, and manufacturing-focused systems while partnering with global IT teams to maintain standards and security.

The role requires strong leadership, infrastructure knowledge, and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Travel is up to 25% across U.S. sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT and business systems support, multi-site manufacturing preferred.
• 3+ years of demonstrable IT team leadership.
• Experience with manufacturing business processes and engineer-to-order environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT support and technology activities for three U.S. locations.
• Partner with global IT leadership to follow standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead local IT team, planning, purchasing, and cost control.
