The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience in information systems technology and a strong management background. Proficiency in SQL and Trapeze tools is also required, and benefits include a competitive salary range of $69,000 to $86,000, along with comprehensive health and vacation benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information systems technology.
• 3+ years in management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of information system methods and practices required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all IT and communications functions provided by MTA.
• Monitors equipment, troubleshoots issues, and provides support.
• Liaises with IT vendors and provides support after hours and on weekends.
