Job summary

INIT Innovations in Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II to lead high-profile transit technology projects in North America.

You will report to the Director of Project Management and coordinate across Seattle or Chesapeake teams, delivering on scope, budget, and schedule with a customer-centric approach. The role requires seven years of experience in IT projects, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Seven years in IT/project management for complex intelligent information systems and multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and close complex multi-disciplinary transit technology projects with dispersed teams.
• Ensure delivery against scope, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and forecasts with modern tools.
• Define project, change, cost, and risk management plans and keep customers informed.
• Understand contractual scope and technical requirements.
• Provide routine progress and risk reports to stakeholders.
