Mosaic Shared Services Millennium Healthcare Management Serv LLC is seeking a Director of Clinical Technology Systems (Applications) to lead the strategy, governance, and ongoing optimization of the clinical applications portfolio. The role partners with clinical, operational, technology, data, and executive leaders to translate care needs into scalable technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, informatics, business, information systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical informatics, healthcare technology, or workflow optimization.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading enterprise clinical transformation or EHR optimization at scale.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory and/or population health clinical workflows.
• Experience with change management, clinician stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
• Track record of translating technology capabilities into measurable clinical and operational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical applications strategy and roadmap.
• Lead selection, implementation, configuration, optimization of clinical applications including EHR, care management, telehealth, and workflow tools.
• Establish governance for investments, lifecycle decisions, and platform ownership.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and roadmaps.
• Ensure interoperability and data integrity across systems and external partners.
• Lead change management and stakeholder engagement across clinical and operational teams.
