Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the clinical applications strategy aligned with advanced primary and value-based care.
• Lead governance for prioritizing clinical technology investments and lifecycle decisions.
• Oversee configuration, integration, optimization, and support of clinical applications including EHRs, care management, and telehealth.
• Ensure interoperability and data integrity across internal and external systems.
• Drive adoption, standardization of workflows, and user experience improvements across clinical teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Provide executive reporting on performance, risks, and roadmap progress.
