Job summary

Community Clinic is seeking an IT Manager to lead the day-to-day IT operations across clinic and administrative sites. You will supervise staff, manage endpoints, and oversee security, networks, and cloud services to support patient care and operations.

The role requires experience with EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and coordinating with clinical leaders to align technology with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of progressive IT experience.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role managing technical teams.
• Experience with enterprise networking, VoIP, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity controls, and system administration.
• Experience supporting EHR systems and practice management applications.
• HIPAA/HITECH, HRSA, NCQA PCMH and OSHA regulatory familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations across clinic and administrative sites.
• Supervise IT staff including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Manage endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and clinical equipment integrations.
• Maintain cybersecurity tools: firewalls, endpoint protection, email security, and vulnerability management.
• Oversee server environments, cloud services, and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Support EHR and practice management systems and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are tested and maintained.
• Lead site builds, hardware refreshes, and software deployments while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
