Job summary

Proper Hospitality is seeking a Corporate Director of Information Technology to lead the enterprise technology stack across multiple properties, including PMS, CRS, POS, ERP, and CRM. This senior role drives IT strategy, vendor governance, and platform deployments during pre-openings, acquisitions, and transitions.

The candidate will manage Microsoft 365, ensure platform health, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Brand leadership to align technology with business goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years of IT experience in hospitality or multi-property environment.
• Experience leading pre-openings, acquisitions, or technology transitions.
• Hands-on administration of hospitality enterprise applications (PMS, CRS, POS, ERP, CRM).
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and security posture management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and lifecycle of core enterprise applications (PMS, CRS, POS, ERP, CRM).
• Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and roadmaps for platforms.
• Lead IT governance, project management, and changes across properties.
• Oversee MSPs and vendor transitions with service continuity in mind.
• Coordinate pre-opening IT workstreams for new properties and migrations.
