Job summary

UPSTACK is seeking an Internal IT Operations Lead to own and optimize the company’s technology backbone. You will oversee endpoint management, vendor relationships, and strategic IT initiatives across the organization.

You will drive end-to-end IT projects such as platform transitions and network upgrades, ensuring SLA adherence and cost efficiency while aligning with Zero Trust security practices. Experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access is required to

• Own UPSTACK's internal IT operations and vendor relationships.
• Lead end-to-end internal IT projects with SLA adherence and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage device fleet using Intune and Jamf; support Entra ID Conditional Access migration under a Zero Trust model.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end internal IT projects such as platform transitions, network upgrades, and hardware refresh cycles while ensuring SLA adherence and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the device fleet with Microsoft Intune and Jamf, and support the migration to Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access under a Zero Trust model.
