Job summary

UPSTACK is seeking an IT Manager to own internal IT operations, lead endpoint management with Jamf and Intune, and manage vendor relationships including MSPs. This role requires CISM certification and experience implementing security controls like Entra ID Conditional Access.

Remote work is supported. Responsibilities include leading IT projects, optimizing vendor performance, and maintaining core stack (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune).

Qualifications

• CISM certification required; IT leadership experience acceptable.
• Experience with Entra ID/Intune and device management essential.
• Vendor/MSP management knowledge and zero-trust migration experience.

Responsibilities

• Own outside vendor/MSP relationships, manage SLAs, and ensure service quality.
• Oversee AV/conferencing, telecom, hardware, and software vendors with scope of work.
• Review invoices, renewals, and optimize cost and service levels.
• Escalate between employees and MSP helpdesk to resolve issues.
• Plan and lead IT projects end to end, including platform transitions.
