The Boeing Company is seeking an Information Technology Manager in the IDT&S Engineering group. You will lead matrixed teams delivering Certification, Safety, Airworthiness, and Loadable Software solutions across multiple sites, guiding strategy, agile practices, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include managing the full SDLC, mentoring engineers, coordinating with business units and regulators, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery within budget.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in information technology or technical support.
• 5+ years cross-functional collaboration with all business levels, from individual contributors to exec leadership.
• 5+ years in software development with agile principles and structured DevOps processes/tools.
• Leadership experience (1+ year) or completion of Boeing's Exploring Leadership course.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the Certification & Safety application maintenance, development team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project timelines
• Manage the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Ensure adherence to software development standards, coding practices, and quality assurance processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, regulators, peers, partners and direct reports
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring timely delivery and SLAs
• Oversee budget and financial planning for the team
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with existing systems
• Identify, recruit, develop, engage, and retain team talent
• Coach and mentor managers, leads, and individual contributors for growth
