Boeing Intelligence & Analytics is seeking an IT Engineering Lead to serve as the technical leader for SITE III A&P Task Order. You will oversee software engineering, QA, and DevSecOps, providing technical guidance and ensuring customer satisfaction across operations.

The role requires leading diverse teams, interfacing with senior government stakeholders, and contributing to policy and oversight documentation in a hybrid work setting with onsite and remote work options.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in Technical Operations or Engineering or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; Master’s for 6 years.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Scope Polygraph.
• Experience leading diverse engineering teams (software, DevOps, cyber, QA).
• Experience with containerized microservices and distributed architectures.
