Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO is seeking an Aeronautical Systems and Integration Test (ASIT) Manager to lead the ASIT program across multiple aircraft programs. You will oversee design, integration and sustaining support of SIL, HILS and VMS labs, and partner with BT&E, BDS and IPT leads to ensure technical excellence.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required for clearance.
• Interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance post-start required.
• BS degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading in a technical, cross-functional environment or completion of Boeing leadership program.
• Experience integrating and testing aircraft electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage employees across two or more engineering disciplines.
• Develop and execute project and process plans; set goals and policies.
• Acquire resources and provide technical management of suppliers; drive process improvements.
