Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics seeks an IT Engineering Lead to serve as technical lead for SITE III A&P Task Order. You will oversee software engineering, QA, and DevSecOps teams, and work with government stakeholders to ensure operations meet customer expectations.

The role blends technical leadership with policy oversight, guiding development of secure, compliant applications across distributed architectures. Hybrid onsite work is required at multiple locations including MD/DC area.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Scope Polygraph.
• Experience leading and managing personnel with diverse engineering skillsets.

Responsibilities

• Support PMs in overseeing day-to-day operations to keep applications stable.
• Provide technical guidance to Software Engineering, QA, and DevSecOps teams.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders to meet customer objectives.
