Medtronic is recruiting an IT Program Director to lead the transaction-level business process and systems strategy across the full lifecycle of acquisitions and divestitures. You will align with IT Value Streams, Enterprise Architecture, and acquired-company teams to deliver cross-functional integration and value realization.

You will translate diligence findings into roadmaps, standardize processes, and drive platform decisions that meet enterprise standards while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Significant experience leading business systems or technology strategy for acquisitions and divestitures.
• Ability to connect end-to-end processes to applications and data across a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define transaction-level business process and systems strategy for acquisitions and separations.
• Translate diligence findings into integration roadmaps and decisions.
• Map end-to-end processes across multiple value streams and platforms.
• Drive decisions on standardization, platform adoption, and migration sequencing.
• Develop target-state and interim-state system approaches balancing speed and risk.
• Coordinate across IT Value Streams, Enterprise Architecture, and external partners.
