Collaborating with Directors and above, you will align technology initiatives with business goals, drive change, and manage IT programs. Up to 50% travel is expected and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in systems implementations and IT transformation.
• Experience in private equity IT programs and merger integration.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-acquisition IT diligence for portfolios (ERP, CRM, WMS, productivity tools).
• Design and execute merger‑integration and carve‑out plans for IT infrastructure.
• Lead 100‑day post‑deal IT integration and ongoing performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage cloud migrations and cloud spend optimization.
