Job summary

S:US is seeking a detailed-oriented IT Infrastructure professional to join our in-house team in New York. The role reports to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and focuses on supporting multiple agency IT logistics and asset management tasks.

The successful candidate will manage both physical and virtual assets, coordinate orders, shipments, and asset tracking, and provide proactive user support across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college preferred) in related field.
• 3+ years’ experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, MS 365 software, CRM solutions and Purchase Order Software.
• Strong soft, time management, proactiveness, initiative skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a high paced team atmosphere and manage multiple projects.
• Position requires daily in office work M-F.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control program systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of orders for staff; as well as maintain asset management for existing assigned assets.
• Responsible for the full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring of equipment/assets, troubleshooting nonfunctioning equipment and record keeping.
• Independently complete compliance and surveillance initiatives, perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, provide timely reporting.
• Provide support to users throughout the agency by independently diagnosing and remediating issues using industry practices. This may include off standard hours support.
• Respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, in person requests for support. Track issues via department tracking CRM system
