Job summary

InterSources Inc. is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support IT asset tracking, inventory management, hardware lifecycle activities, and data accuracy in a large enterprise environment in NYC.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with ServiceNow/CMDB, hardware inventory, asset reconciliation, and collaboration with IT teams and end users. This role is onsite in NYC and focuses on accurate records and efficient asset processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, IT asset management, desktop support, IT operations, or inventory management.
• Experience tracking computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Understanding of IT hardware lifecycle and inventory management.
• Experience with inventory reconciliation, asset tracking, or equipment audits.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data reporting.
• Ability to work onsite in NYC.
