In this full-time role, you will manage Microsoft 365 and IT tools, lead tech initiatives, and ensure support for complex network environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and a Bachelor's degree in a related field are required. Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Ability to configure Okta and support integrations.
• Experience with RMM tools for Windows and Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT tools and services across all venues.
• Deploy remote monitoring and management solutions.
• Support on-site installations and upgrades, including travel.
