Job summary

PopStroke is seeking an IT leader to manage and deploy technology across our golf and entertainment venues. You’ll oversee IT systems, applications, tools, and networks, collaborating with departments to support rapid growth.

The role includes deploying RMM/MDM, managing procurement, and driving real-time monitoring and security across sites. Based in Plano/Dallas with nationwide travel, you’ll report to the VP of Construction & Development and travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace across an enterprise.
• Ability to configure and support Okta and provide SSO integrations.
• Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices using RMM tools (Kandji, NinjaOne).
• Design, document, implement, and test highly available networks with automatic failover between multiple ISPs.
• Configure, install, and support Cloud VOIP services and handsets.
• Experience with VLANs and Wi‑Fi configurations for large venues.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki and VPNs for multi-site deployments.
• Knowledge of IT compliance, risk management, and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT tools and services including Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack.
• Lead IT initiatives aligning infrastructure with business goals.
• Deploy and manage RMM, MDM, and endpoint security solutions.
• Procure and provision computers and hardware.
• Run service desk operations and automate processes across systems.
• Implement real-time monitoring and alerting for critical infrastructure.
• Design and manage complex network environments across multi-site operations.
• Travel to venues as needed for installations and testing; valid driver's license required.
• Build and maintain a Knowledge Base for IT systems and tools.
• Source primary and backup internet connections (fiber, coax, cellular).
• Occasional after-hours support and weekend work may be required.
