Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server / Wintel environments, including legacy system remediation.
• Experience with VMware lifecycle, performance tuning, and patching.
• Operational ownership of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize and improve core infrastructure operations across multi-location.
• Manage on-premises and hybrid Microsoft infrastructure.
• Partner with multiple MSPs/MSSPs ensuring strong SLA delivery.
