Job summary

PopStroke Entertainment Group is hiring for a Venue IT & Systems Administrator to own the IT strategy across multiple venues, including Plano, Orlando, and corporate locations. You will manage IT systems, deploy networks, and support guest-facing technology in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities include leading IT initiatives, overseeing help desk operations, and ensuring security and uptime across all sites. Travel up to 20% nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing M365 and/or Google Workspace at scale.
• Ability to configure Okta and SSO integrations.
• Experience deploying and supporting Windows/Mac via RMM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and execution for all PopStroke venues and corporate locations.
• Deploy and manage networks, security, and endpoint protection across multi-site environments.
• Oversee provisioning of hardware and IT assets; manage help desk operations.
