Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT management, preferably in a co-managed environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring system availability and security.
• Lead and manage the IT team, supporting end users and handling escalations.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Implement and maintain IT security measures and compliance with industry regulations.
