Job summary

A leading hospitality management company in Plano, Texas is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of enterprise infrastructure solutions. This role will manage a variety of IT services, driving operational excellence and technical improvements. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, strong skills in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and automation scripting. Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in systems or network engineering.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure Administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong scripting and automation experience.
• Solid understanding of network security and design principles.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and conduct disaster recovery planning.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python, Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
