Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all technology operations and initiatives.
• Develop strategic technology plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage IT staff including mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Foster accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Advise executive leadership on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and tech investments.
