Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Regional IT Support Manager to lead IT support across Worcester, MA and Greenfield, NH. This hybrid role requires travel between sites and a hands-on, service-oriented leader to drive reliable technology and strong customer service.

You will mentor staff, manage ticket queues, coordinate equipment purchasing, and collaborate with enterprise IT teams on security and infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and desktop operating systems.
• Experience with printers and mobile devices.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and information security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily IT support operations for multiple offices and program locations.
• Supervise and mentor regional IT support staff, including workload management and performance development.
• Oversee help desk ticket queues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate technology purchasing and lifecycle planning.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards and security protocols.
