New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead our technology strategy, strengthen IT operations, and deliver smart digital solutions that help our organization thrive. This is a hybrid, in-office role in Concord, NH with in-office days Tuesday and Wednesday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years managing IT departments, including remote teams.
• Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, including Azure, Entra, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT architecture, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of AI, data analytics, software development, and emerging technologies.
• Proven project management and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Develop and deliver IT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and cybersecurity.
