Job summary

The All Stars Project is seeking an IT Manager to oversee all aspects of the organization’s information technology function. You will direct the external MSP and other technology vendors, and lead planning and delivery of IT initiatives in close partnership with the Chief Operating Officer.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive IT management experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, vendors, and partners at all levels.
• Experience managing ERP implementations or similar scale projects required.
• Experience supporting technology needs across multiple locations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• IT Operations and Vendor Management: liaison to the organization; manage MSP relationships; oversee budgets and service levels.
• Technology Projects and Implementation: lead IT projects from planning through execution; coordinate vendors and change management.
• Systems Administration, Security, and Support: maintain IT policies, security practices, documentation, and hardware/software inventory.
