Job summary

LHH is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, communications, and business systems for a multi-site F&B operation. You will drive technology strategy, reliability, data security, and vendor management while powering efficiency and innovation with emerging technologies including AI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience in multi-site operations.
• Experience with network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven project management and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT roadmap with focus on integration, security, reliability, and AI.
• Lead IT projects, vendor relationships, and technology investments across sites.
• Oversee network, cloud services, POS, ERP, and business applications.
• Ensure secure, scalable technology with minimal downtime across locations.
• Manage backups, DR planning, cybersecurity controls, and AI governance.
• Provide IT support for corporate, distribution, and field operations.
• Train users and promote technology adoption throughout the organization.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and PCI-DSS standards.
• Develop and enforce information security and data protection policies.
• Manage IT staff and relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Develop and manage the IT budget balancing operations and strategy.
