Job summary

This role is responsible for technology strategy, systems reliability, data security, vendor management, and IT support while driving operational efficiency and innovation through emerging technologies, including AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT roadmap with a focus on systems integration, security, reliability, data integrity, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify technology needs and implement scalable solutions.
• Lead IT projects, vendor relationships, and technology investments.
• Oversee network infrastructure, cloud services, POS platforms, ERP systems, and other business applications.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology across all locations with minimal downtime.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity controls, and AI governance.
• Provide IT support for corporate, distribution, and field operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Deliver user training and promote technology adoption across the organization.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
• Lead implementation of new systems and digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, and PCI-DSS standards.
• Develop and enforce information security, access management, and data protection policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT leadership or management experience, preferably supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations.
• Professional industry involvement is a plus.
• Experience managing network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and risk management.
• Proven project management and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
