Job summary

HTO EMP., LLC seeks a Director of IT & Business Systems to drive the technology strategy, align investments with growth, and partner with executive leadership. You will lead a three-person IT team and manage MSPs, vendors, and field support across restaurants and franchises.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership (50/50) in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, with a focus on PCI-DSS compliance and AI-driven innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of six years of progressive information technology experience.
• At least two years leading and developing small technology teams with MSPs and vendors.
• Proven success in complex technology implementations and organizational change.
• Experience implementing ERP, POS, and BOH systems.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise environments preferred.
• Experience managing PCI-DSS compliance programs in a franchise environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead a three-person IT team and coordinate outsourced providers.
• Oversee enterprise infrastructure, security, and data integrity.
• Manage ERP, BOH, and POS implementations and integrations.
