• Manage cold emails and LinkedIn campaigns using automation tools.
• Write customized outreach messages for Upwork job posts and client needs.
• Collect prospects and contact information using lead-generation tools.
• Initiate contact with potential clients and collaborate with Marketing & Sales to optimize channels.
• Track and report on lead generation performance and trends.
