Job summary

Brilliant is seeking an IT Lead in the United States (OH, Cleveland) to drive information systems strategy and execution. You will liaise between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure enterprise applications support processes, compliance, and strategic goals.

You will plan, manage, and deliver technology projects, oversee day-to-day IT operations, training, and support, and ensure adherence to IT policies across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science-related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years of related experience in administration of information systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages IT projects, budgeting, and governance processes.
• Ensures reliable operation of business applications, telecom systems, and end-user devices.
