You will mentor offshore and internal developers, review architectures, and ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet business goals, while guiding integration with enterprise platforms and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS or related field.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting production software applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design, and best practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring software quality.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, integrate, and support enterprise applications and APIs.
• Provide technical leadership across the SDLC and coordinate offshore and internal developers.
• Review architectures and code for security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Mentor developers and promote engineering standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure integration with enterprise platforms and cloud services.
