Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field is required.
• 8–10 years in IT program or project management for large-scale infra.
• Experience with ISP operations and OSS/BSS is essential.
• Proficient with project management tools and scheduling.
• Knowledge of APIs and system integration standards.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end oversight of key IT programs
• Collaborate across IT and business units to ensure timely delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and schedules
• Lead change management processes and assess impact of scope changes
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into plans
• Coordinate resources and manage interdependencies across teams
• Communicate progress, risks and issues to stakeholders
• Create and maintain test cases aligned to project goals
• Document coordination activities and decisions in a central repository
