Job summary

ADP is seeking an IT Manager in Mentor, Ohio to lead and optimize information systems for the US organization. You will coordinate between business stakeholders and technology teams to align enterprise applications with operational goals, compliance, and strategy.

The role oversees day-to-day IT operations, project planning, budgeting, and governance, while driving KPI measurements and vendor coordination. On-site leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Science related field required, Master’s preferred.
• Minimum five years of related experience in information systems and technology.
• Ability to lead IT governance and project delivery across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve information systems for the US organization.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Plan, establish, and manage technology projects with governance.
