Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior IT Development Lead to steer the design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions across global teams. You will guide architecture, ensure secure and scalable systems, and promote Agile and DevOps practices.

Strong leadership of Microsoft stack projects and collaboration with stakeholders are essential. You will mentor developers, manage priorities, and drive modern software engineering standards while coordinating with vendors and partners to achieve

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of software development experience with emphasis on Microsoft stack.
Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise software solutions.
Provide technical leadership across development teams and ensure scalable, secure architectures.
Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and IaC.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
Mentor developers and coordinate global development efforts across teams and partners.
Maintain architecture documentation and development standards.
