Spotix, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our Technology/eCommerce team in North Liberty, IA. This part-time role offers a flexible M-F schedule (4 hours/day) with no weekends, supporting help desk requests and various projects.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with asset audits, and communicate solutions clearly. Relevant experience in customer service and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel are a plus. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in customer service and problem solving.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel helps.

Responsibilities

Manage Help Desk requests by receiving, triaging, and responding promptly.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on company equipment (phones, laptops, desktops, printers, headsets).
Address software issues, esp. Windows and Google products.
Assist with asset management and audits.
Support Technology/eCommerce projects (spreadsheet management, CSV imports).
Perform other related duties as assigned.
