This role offers approximately 24 hours per week, focusing on providing hands-on support across hardware, software, and networking systems. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in an IT program or have related experience. Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in an IT-related program or at least 6 months of related IT experience.
• Interest in learning about IT systems, networks, and support.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and PC hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user support for desktop systems and applications.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting for network systems.
• Help identify, document, and report system issues.
