Job summary

PharPoint Research, Inc. in Durham, North Carolina, is seeking an IT Support / Information Systems Assistant to coordinate technical aspects of IS processes under IT management.

You will help triage the help desk, track IT assets, and support server, network, telecom operations and infrastructure maintenance. Responsibilities include assisting project teams, maintaining documentation, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to PharPoint quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma; progress toward a Bachelor's degree encouraged.
• Experience in a professional environment desired.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Support Information Systems projects and initiatives.
• Support Information Systems project team members.
• Support operational technical requirements.
• Triage of helpdesk tickets to appropriate IT staff.
• Inventory control of PharPoint IT assets.
• Desktop/Laptop support, installation, and modification.
• Documentation review/creation of IT processes, software/hardware configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Monitor all internal information systems and assist in required maintenance.
