Job summary

The intern will help IS staff with tasks and projects, assist with inventories, and support daily IS operations while documenting tickets and contributing to data analyses. A flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of computer systems and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the call center and remote support for end users.
• Troubleshoot IT issues remotely and may be dispatched for on-site issues.
• Assist IS personnel with assigned tasks and projects.
• Support inventories and day-to-day IS office operations.
• Document tickets in the helpdesk system.
• Contribute to data analysis and reporting projects.
• Support the Information Systems Department's mission.
• Handle confidential materials as required.
