Job summary

Jobtailor in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to provide Level 1-2 help desk support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and ensure reliable network connectivity for clinics and staff.

You will document requests, assist with onboarding, deploy hardware, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining inventory and contributing to IT strategy during company growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service desk or related experience.
• General knowledge of Microsoft, Chrome, and Mac operating systems.
• Demonstrated PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1-2 support for tickets and field issues.
• Record, track, and document service desk requests through final resolution.
• Troubleshoot IT issues remotely or in person for desktops, printers, peripherals, and networks/Wi-Fi.
• Ensure continuous uptime for computers and peripherals.
• Visit clinics regularly.
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT-related equipment.
• Assist with IT strategy implementation, company expansion, and network infrastructure.
• Work with vendors to service basic medical equipment and manage network infrastructure.
• Deploy hardware for new employees.
• Assist with new-hire orientations.
• Perform physical tasks and other assigned duties.
