Job summary

Phoenix Logistics, LLC is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for internal staff, contractors and Managed Services customers. You will install servers and laptops, configure operating systems, and keep systems secure while communicating status clearly to users and management.

Responsibilities include handling tickets, maintaining inventory, performing hardware repairs, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED or Associate’s degree required.
• Level I – 1–2+ years’ experience in computer hardware repair and helpdesk support.
• Level II – 3+ years’ experience; CompTIA Security+ cert preferred; must obtain within 12 months.
• Knowledge of Apple and Windows machines; proficient software installation.

Responsibilities

• Support end users via tickets, calls, and verbal requests.
• Install servers, UPS units, and configure workstations.
• Maintain network performance and backups; install OS and applications.
• Perform hardware swaps and repair; update inventory.
• Handle security/password tasks in Active Directory; document activity.
