Job summary

FairSquare is hiring an IT Infrastructure and Telephony Specialist in Orlando. The role splits 75% core infrastructure support (servers, networks, endpoints) and 25% cloud telephony (Vonage) management.

You will be the SME for Vonage UCaaS, with responsibilities spanning identity, security, backups, and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT infrastructure, 1+ year VoIP admin experience, and a mix of Windows/Mac and Linux familiarity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's in IT preferred.
• 3+ years IT systems administration or infrastructure support; 1+ year VoIP administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage hybrid on-prem and cloud servers, workstations, SaaS apps, and hardware.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, switches, and wireless.
• Administer Okta and identity lifecycles within Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
• Support endpoint security, patch management, backups, and DR/testing.
• Maintain AWS core services and cost optimization.
• Install, manage office tech footprint and assist vendor assets.
• Configure Vonage call routing, DIDs, IVR, and toll-free numbers.
• Troubleshoot VoIP QoS, SIP, jitter, and VOIP integrations with core systems.
