Job summary

Digital Guru is seeking a VOIP/Telecom Project Technician to join our Fergus Falls team. This hybrid role focuses on end-to-end telecom projects, with 70% emphasis on VOIP and 30% on Tier 2 IT support within a Microsoft-centric environment.

You will lead deployments, manage timelines, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams while also providing hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server platforms. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on VOIP/SIP deployment or migration experience preferred.
Experience coordinating with carriers and vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead VOIP deployment and migration projects from planning through go-live.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot VOIP platforms, SIP trunking, and PBX systems.
Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Design and document telecom infrastructure and call-flow solutions for clients.
Serve as the technical resource for VOIP issues across the client base.
Manage timelines, client communication, and post-implementation support.
