Job summary

CaptiveAire is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to provide tier 1 remote and local technology support for a national manufacturing company operating 6 facilities and 90+ sales offices across the US. The role requires onsite work at our Raleigh corporate office and involves hardware installation, inventory, and asset management.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of professional IT support experience, strong Windows/macOS/iOS skills, and solid networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional IT support experience, including hands-on desktop, endpoint, or systems support.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Windows PCs, Apple hardware, macOS, and iOS in a corporate environment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, OS, peripherals, and connectivity problems.
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, networking, VPN, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience supporting end users in a production environment where reliability and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 remote and local technology support for a national manufacturing company.
• Assist with hardware installation, inventory, and asset management.
• Support six facilities and 90+ sales offices across the US.
• Based at the corporate office in Raleigh.
