CaptiveAire Systems, Inc. is seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to provide tier 1 remote and local technology support for our national manufacturing company with 6 facilities and 90+ sales offices across the US.

Based at our Raleigh corporate office, the role also assists with hardware installation, inventory and asset management, and other IT management tasks. This non-remote role emphasizes reliability, responsiveness, and strong communication as you collaborate with end users and IT

Competenze

3+ years of professional IT or helpdesk experience.
Hands-on experience supporting Windows PCs, Apple hardware, macOS and iOS in a corporate environment.
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, OS, peripheral and connectivity problems.
Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, wired and wireless networking, VPN connectivity and network troubleshooting.
Experience troubleshooting network-connected workstations, printers, scanners, mobile devices and other endpoints.
Ability to take ownership of technical problems from diagnosis to resolution, escalating when necessary.
Experience supporting end users in a production environment where reliability and communication are essential.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
